How do I order?
Use the request form: pick a design (or attach your own photo), choose a size, and tell us where to ship. We’ll email your total and a secure payment link. Nothing prints until you’ve paid.
Why the dark borders?
Our art is wide-screen (about 21:9) and poster sheets aren’t, so we print the whole artwork edge to edge across the sheet’s width and fill the top and bottom with deep ink borders, with a small INKPHORA mark. Nothing gets cropped.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate shipping on every order, and it’s free when your order is over $75. We ship to US addresses only for now.
How long does it take?
Every poster is printed to order by our print partner, then shipped to you. Your emailed quote includes the expected timing.
Can I use my own photo?
Yes — custom photo posters are +$15 at any size. Send the original file (not a screenshot) and we’ll check it’ll look sharp before printing.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email a photo of it to domenickwsav@outlook.com and we’ll reprint it free.
Can I return it?
Custom photo posters are made just for you, so we can’t take returns on them. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll reprint it free.
Do you do frames?
Not at launch — posters only for now.
Can I send one as a gift?
Yes — tick “It’s a gift” on the order form and add the recipient’s name, street address and ZIP (plus an optional note). We’ll ship it straight to them.
How do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you send the form. After we confirm your order, we email your total and a secure payment link — your poster prints once it’s paid.
